JP Malkoun is a music producer, engineer, mixer, and alumni of The Grove Studios Academy — someone who's walked the exact path his current students are on.

As Academy Co-Ordinator and Student Liaison at The Grove Studios Academy on the NSW Central Coast, JP's duties include championing student wellbeing, shaping enrolments, building industry connections, and helping the next wave of musicians find their footing. That "been there" perspective shapes how he approaches the role — he knows firsthand what it's like to sit where his students sit, which makes him a natural bridge between The Grove Studios Academy and the people coming up through it.

Scott Horscroft is an award-winning Australian record producer and engineer, owner of The Grove Studios and The Grove Studios Academy, and Executive A&R Consultant at Universal Music Australia.

Over the past two decades, Scott's work has shaped the sound of Australian music, including records with Silverchair, DMA'S, The Presets, Empire of the Sun, and Birds of Tokyo, and has helped Australian artists achieve success internationally. His commitment to music and education has created pathways for emerging musicians and producers into the global music industry for more than 20 years.
